Please note: Clients are required to have an active membership at their chosen centre in order to receive personal training sessions there.

Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance and paid for in full prior to the scheduled time. By purchasing any personal training package or session, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

This policy exists to protect the trainer’s time and to ensure fair scheduling for all clients.
3. No Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as serious medical issues or emergencies, and must be supported by appropriate documentation.

A general loss of motivation, change of mind, or failure to attend sessions does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
4. Trainer Commitment
The trainer will make every effort to provide professional, consistent, and effective coaching, tailored to the client’s goals and fitness level. Sessions will begin and end at the agreed time.
5. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions on time, communicate any injuries or medical conditions, and maintain commitment to their personal fitness goals.
