Join us for early morning Box Fit sessions in Greenwich Park. These dynamic classes cover all the fundamentals of boxing—perfect for beginners looking to step into the sport or anyone wanting to boost their fitness. Get fitter, stronger, and more confident with every session, all while training in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings.​
