WEEKS TO TRANSFORM YOUR BODY

Our Body Transformation Packages represent a significant advancement beyond standard one-on-one personal training. However, it's essential to note that exceptional results can still be attained through traditional one-on-one personal training.

Our transformation packages cater to individuals who are eager to stretch their boundaries and reach their desired physique or fitness level within a shorter timeframe. While these sessions and packages come at a higher cost, they are rich in benefits carefully designed to accelerate your progress and ensure long-term success.

Package Options
​You have two options, full online coaching or hybrid packages that combine 1to1 training and online sessions programmed for you each week.

Hybrid Package options.

8 x 121 3 sessions per week

Three days a week is a benchmark for best results, if time is an issue for you we can work around this.

Online coaching option.

The above packages include but are not limited to:

Initial in depth Consultation including the following:
​

Discussion related to your current fitness levels, goals, aspirations, lifestyle and much more.

Health screening assessments such as, blood pressure, resting heart rate, posture, circumference measurements, movement analysis and much more.

Fitness/strength testing.

Dietary analysis (depending on the completion of a food diary provided by your trainer, prior to your consultation).

Goal and Weekly challenge setting.

The options above are not compulsory (fitness & strength testing).
However we advise you partake in these to get the most accurate and personalised training possible, along with initial benchmarks to compare with as we progress through your training journey.

Weekly check-ins:

Check ins are discussions at the end or the start of a training week in relation to your training, goals and challenges for the previous week.

This is so the trainer can ensure you are on the right path to attaining your goals, but also to hold you accountable, ensuring your are doing as we ask of you.
​
We can also conduct Bi-weekly check ins in-person in order to re-test factors such as body-fat, blood pressure, circumference measurements and fitness testing (not compulsory but advised).
